i had double room with windows overlooking garden and comfortable bed. the most important was the staff - cooperative and kind people. the location was marvellous because it was close enough to porto, leading directly to porto, and a nice area.

Convenient Location 🌍: This place is located near Porto with a bus stop nearby offering a direct connection to the city. Our room was spotless, had a private bathroom, and boasted a lovely view of the mountains.

The rooms at Nova Cruz Hotel are amazing! They are super cozy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I loved having my morning coffee on the private balcony, such a nice touch. The en suite bathroom was spotless and the toiletries smelled so good. I felt like I was in my own little oasis.

Honestly, I can't believe I'm saying this, but the air conditioning in the room was too cold for my liking. But hey, that's just me.

The hotel location is quite convenient with easy access to public transportation and not too far from the city center. The continental breakfast offered a variety of choices and the staff was helpful and kind.

The room was very noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. The air conditioner was not working properly, making the room uncomfortably hot.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It’s convenient, because of its location. A little expensive for the service given. the receptionist was not very welcoming. the room, though nice, has a fixed air conditioning system. the mini bar was indeed mini. Normally, I have come to stay at a rival hotel nearby. Even though it has fewer stars, the service at Nova Cruz is better. the staff is really helpful and caring. the air conditioner works and we can adjust the settings, which is important for my wife. It also has a closed car park and is slightly cheaper.

It is not pretentious, unlike other hotels. Cons: Nothing to dislike.
